The fit edition.

This months WIAW theme is Fun, Food & Fitness, when i first saw this theme i wasn’t too excited, i realize that it is because i hadn’t worked out that day, however when i thought about it today, i got excited as i had worked out!

WIAW is here!

As you might guess, i have a Love/hate relationship with fitness, i also have two different fitness personalities – one is a lazy, energy less kiddo who tries to excuse for the lack of exercise by telling that i’m a former anorexic, i’m weak and sitting by the PC and eating nut butter is better for me.

The other personality is a fitness fanatic (mom called me so ) who tries different forms of exercise everyday and also exercises daily along with eating healthfully.

It is quite hard to balance this Jerkil and Hyde of mine ( which is Jerkil and which is Hyde? ) as when i am being lazy, i suddenly get a feeling of guilt about not having exercised and if i don’t get moving i become a certified mean girl. Which is why i try to workout at least 3 times a week – usually it is 4 or 5 times though. But i do some moving like walking or have a massage ( ~once a week at my physiotherapists) every single day.

Went to an eco shop this morning and bought those who lovelies : Peanut butter + almond&rice milk

Yesterday i had a run and walking in forest which meant lots of uphill, downhill and such after which my legs were rather tight, so today i went for a less hardcore activity – 30min gymnastics for scoliosis treatment + a back massage. However i go running only once in two weeks or once a week, my favorite kinds of exercise are pilates, aikido and yoga, occasionally i feel like swimming or going to a group strength training in gym, no treadmills, heavy weights and all this stuff for me plz.

Ok, enough fitness talk… …i have to mention that today was a really nice day, mostly because i met Emīlija  we hanged out in her house ,just talked and drank some tea, it’s funny how Emi doesn’t drink hot tea and put tea by the window so that it cools, when i had already drank all my tea she still considered hers to be too hot :D She also has an adorable cat – Komēta – papaijā Komētu no manis, labi!?

Evening munchies : peanut butter + banana sandwich + big cup of almond/rice milk 

It is my second time drinking this milk and i like it, but i wouldn’t suggest to everyone because it is sweet, very sweet, with agave added, really sweet. Ok, you got what i mean, just so you know and don’t walk around telling that Eli suggested you to drink a sugar water ( which doesn’t have any sugar, just agave …) ;)

So, this was my day. If we are being punctual i can tell that i also ate a sweet milk ball from Rāma for dessert, snacked on a peach and another strawberry, really dark and dense rye bread with cheese and also had some more tea.

What is your favorite form of exercise? -Okay running a movie marathon counts too
