Really, i have been eating quite a lot and working out very little. Anyway.

Here, have some foodie pictures, the ones of more or less healthy food i have been eating, i had my fair share of ice-cream and random bread slices with cheese too
I prefer posting foods from different days because i don’t like taking a picture of every cherry i eat or of every porridge refill, but if i don’t take it readers might assume that i am eating too little and get triggered. Just saying because i know how triggering WIAW posts can be to someone in recovery of an ED.
Kind of smoothie in a bowl, i mixed together a peach + banana +sweetened soy milk+chia seeds and topped with granola and the rest of banana
Kichari + sabji + salad leaves from Monday meet-up with Emi
Whole-grain spaghetti + chanterelle mushrooms with creamy sauce (my mom picked them last week) + greens
Bananas + peanut butter + peach, messy picture i know…
Tried making pb+ oat bars again, but they didn’t stuck together well, oh, well tasty nonetheless!
On another note one of my phalaeonopsis orchids has started blooming♡ it only blooms twice a year for a few months so i am really happy now.

Can you spot another non-blooming orchid on the left? Also i still have those colorful window stickers on my windows. They used to be really popular when i was 9 and i made lots of those, there are stickers with butterflies on balcony doors too
What fruit or berry have you been enjoying the most this summer? – Usually i am crazy for some kind of berries, but so far it’s all about peaches
