Let me show you how people in trolleybus were dressed today (snarky paparazzi pic taken by phone) :
Note that July is supposed to be the warmest month of the warmest season Talking about me not other random persons – you can’t see their faces so this isn’t a crime, right? – i went to yoga this morning ( that’s why i was in trolleybus). And it was really good, we also did meditation and it was hard for me to concentrate as hundreds of silly and not so silly thoughts were running throughout my head. That always happens when i try to meditate.
Breakfast before yoga was warm and nice, a classic of blogworld:
Oats in a jar + a banana, also had a mug of hot soy milk as i was cooking oats on soy milk and got some left.
Grrreat way to clean out a jar of peanut butter, i want to enjoy every spoonful of it!

I used peanut oat bar that didn’t stick together well as a granola + banana + kefir + two white cherries
Have you ever tried white cherries? – my mom Loves all kinds of cherries while i am not a big fan, that’s why i only had two and just for the sake of photo. However i like white forest strawberries, we have those at grandparents summer house.
Okay, one savory meal now, once i pop i cannot stop aka once i start posting food pictures i cannot stop :
Delicious and protein packed! Lentils + soy pieces with tomatoes and garlic + salad of spinach ( grown by moms friend ), cucumbers, yellow pepper, olive oil and tomato.
I don’t really understand why people are so crazy about protein, like we have it in almost every product, why do we need protein powders and all that stuff then? For muscles or what? No offense, protein powders taste good and add a flavor to smoothies, but why do we need that much protein? Isn’t 50g enough?
Need or not, but protein tastes good…

This is from the same company that makes nakd bars, but i like those flapjacks better. First of all they are bigger and more dense and have flavor while most of nakd bars taste the same – except for cocoa loco and banana bread, those rock!

The thighs had a discount and since i don’t have any running pants/thighs/anything besides shoes and hoodie i bought those. Well actually mom encouraged me to, i always feel guilty for buying something, especially if it costs more than two bananas. Now i’ll have motivation to run, yaaay! Actually i ran a little yesterday too, wasn’t much, but still made me happy. Am i losing my lazyass’ness? Or did i lose it at aikido camp already?
